Virgin Voyages Announces First Port Stop in the Caribbean

Virgin Voyage is an adults only cruise line from business mogul Richard Branson that will debut in 2020.  This new cruise line is slowing releasing more information about their first cruise ship, Scarlet Lady.

Scarlet Lady will sail to the Caribbean from the Cruise Capital of the World, PortMiami. While Virgin Voyages has yet to release exact itineraries or the length of the cruises, they finally announced one of the port stops that will be on select itineraries.

Starting in 2020, Scarlet Lady will visit Havana, Cuba on select itineraries.  Not only will the cruise ship visit Havana, but the vessel will stay in port for the night so you can enjoy the nightlife of the Caribbean city.

So far, Havana is the only port stop that we know for sure that Virgin will be visiting in the Caribbean.  Exact itineraries and port stops will be announced at a later time.

Scarlet Lady is the first of three cruise ships from Virgin Voyages.  Passengers will be referred to as sailors and they must be 18 years or older to sail on the cruise line.  The cruise experience will be unlike anything else offered by any other cruise line as it will be geared towards those who haven’t taken a cruise.

Cruise Fever will have all information about this much anticipated new cruise line as details are announced.
