Norwegian Cruise Line unveils new fleet brochure with worldwide cruises from November 2016 – April 2018

Exciting cruises worldwide including new destinations such as Polynesia, China and Japan.

Norwegian Cruise Line has revealed its new brochure for sailings between November 2016 and April 2018. The brochure showcases Norwegian’s spectacular European cruise programme in the summer of 2017, which includes for the first time since 2010 regular sailings out of Southampton on board the newly refurbished Norwegian Jade and Baltic Capitals cruises from Copenhagen on board the second newest ship, Norwegian Getaway, bringing the number of ships sailing in Europe during the summer season to five. Norwegian Epic will travel the Western Mediterranean on 7-night cruises from Barcelona and Civitavecchia (Rome), while Norwegian Star will be homeporting in Venice, offering two alternative 7-night cruises. Norwegian Spirit is sailing Europe year-round setting sail from Civitavecchia on exciting new 10- and 11-night summer season cruises in the Mediterranean and from Barcelona to the Canary Islands and Madeira in the winter.

The new programme also includes a full winter season in Australia and New Zealand for Norwegian Jewel with exotic destinations such as French Polynesia and Fiji visited on the ship’s journey to Sydney; and Bali, Shanghai and Incheon (Seoul) on her way from Sydney to Yokohama in Japan; San Juan as a seasonal homeport for Norwegian Dawn; Norwegian Pearl sailing from New Orleans to the Western Caribbean; and a new Western Caribbean itinerary from NYC on Norwegian Breakaway.

In addition the brochure also features Norwegian’s cruises across the world to destinations including the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Hawai‘i, Canada & New England, Alaska, Panama Canal and South America.

Guests looking to set sail from the UK can do so on board Norwegian Jade which will offer 8- and 10-night Norwegian fjords cruises, two 14-night cruises to Norway, Iceland and the UK as well as an 11-night cruise around Britain and an 8-night Northern European cities cruise. On 25 September 2017, the ship will set sail for an 11-night cruise from Southampton to New York. In addition, during the summer season, the ship will sail a number of cruises out of Hamburg, Germany including two North Cape cruises. For the Southampton departures, guests can opt to travel to the port by coach thanks to Norwegian’s new collaboration with Eavesway which provides bus connections from multiple pick-up points throughout mainland UK. Preferential parking rates with ABParking are also now on offer for those arriving at the port by car.

In summer 2017, Norwegian Cruise Line will also welcome Norwegian Getaway back in Europe. The second newest ship in the fleet will offer guests 9-night itineraries from Copenhagen from May to October 2017 taking in Warnemünde (Berlin), Tallinn, St. Petersburg (overnight), Helsinki and Stockholm.

Christian Boell, Managing Director Europe, Norwegian Cruise Line, said: “We are delighted to unveil our new brochure, packed with exciting cruises to destinations in Europe and worldwide from November 2016 to April 2018 as well as comprehensive information on the relaxed cruise experience we offer and our innovative investment programme in our ships, culinary experience and private islands. We’re thrilled to be returning to the UK, bringing the newly refurbished Norwegian Jade to Southampton and offering our UK guests the option to travel there by coach or enjoy preferential parking rates. We hope all cruise fans and those new to cruising enjoy browsing this new brochure and are excited to welcome many of them on board to experience the unique contemporary cruise experience that we offer.”
